Return after Retirement

We place a premium on the specialized skills of our people… especially those who have retired after years of dedicated service and contribution. Through our Pro Resource program, we invite Frontier retirees back to work with us during peak times of the year and/or through our Take the Lead sales incentive program. This allows Frontier to quickly activate people with relevant skill sets and allows individuals to engage in work on their terms.


Many of our retirees have taken advantage of the program. Not only are they familiar with our systems and practices, they typically retain relationships with current employees, which allow them to fit in quickly when they come back.  Some restrictions apply (for example, hours worked per week and per year and a minimum period of retirement).
